Getting started
Who can buy on DistriHUB?
DistriHUB is strictly B2B: registered businesses buying to resell. We verify every buyer, so consumers and unregistered sellers cannot order.
What exactly is DistriHUB?
A hybrid wholesaler–distributor network for Technical Consumer Goods, operated by Varle.lt. It pools stock from 400+ European suppliers into one catalogue with one integration, one order flow and one invoice partner.
How do I register?
Sign up, pass a short verification, then connect your catalogue via API, XML, JSON or CSV. Most resellers are live within 1–2 weeks.
Is there a membership or subscription fee?
No. There is no membership fee — you pay for the goods you order (plus shipping, and a small processing fee on small orders).
Can DistriHUB work alongside my current wholesalers?
Yes. Many resellers start by using DistriHUB alongside existing wholesalers for availability gaps and price opportunities, then consolidate over time. It can complement or fully replace other supply relationships.
Ordering & minimums
How do I place orders?
Two ways: fully automated via API, or manually through the catalogue checkout. Most volume buyers automate; the checkout is always there as a fallback.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No MOQ from DistriHUB — order single units if you like. Some suppliers set their own MOQ on specific products; when they do, it is shown on the product.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes — the Minimum Order Value is €300 per order, and you can mix any brands and categories to reach it.
Are there fees on small orders?
Orders under €1,500 carry a €39 processing fee. At €1,500+ the fee is waived.
Can I cancel an order?
No — orders cannot be cancelled once paid. Our sourcing engine commits stock with suppliers immediately after payment, so double-check the cart before you pay.
Pricing, VAT & fees
Do prices include VAT?
No — all prices exclude VAT. If you don't provide a valid VAT number, 21% VAT is added. UK businesses are the exception and are not charged this VAT.
Do you offer volume discounts?
There are no standard discount tiers. However, if a single product line reaches €5,000+, your account manager can ask the supplier for a better price on that line.
How competitive are the prices really?
We aim for a fair, competitive landed cost, not "cheapest on everything." At any moment roughly 100,000 positions are price-competitive — the winners list is where resellers make their margin.
Shipping & delivery
How is my order shipped?
DistriHUB consolidates items from multiple suppliers before dispatch, so a mixed order arrives as one shipment where possible. Shipping is billed separately by courier and parcel size.
How accurate are delivery dates?
Delivery dates are estimates with roughly 97% accuracy. Tracking is provided on every shipment.
What shipping terms do you use?
EU orders ship CIP (Carriage & Insurance Paid To); UK orders ship DAP (Delivered At Place).
Do you support dropshipping?
Yes — dropshipping costs €3 per packing and is fully blind: the recipient never sees the cost or DistriHUB branding, and every parcel ships with tracking.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card and bank transfer. Card processes fastest, which matters because unpaid orders are released quickly.
How fast must I pay?
Orders must be paid within 2 hours or they auto-cancel and the stock is released. Card payments clear instantly; bank transfers depend on your bank.
Can I get payment terms?
Yes. After 3 completed purchases you can apply for a 30-day credit line. Established buyers operate on Net 30–60 terms.
Products, authenticity & data
Are the products genuine?
Yes — everything comes from certified sources in our supplier network. Note that DistriHUB itself does not issue certification documents; those come from the brand or distributor.
What product data do I get?
Most products ship with images and English titles. The EAN is the source of truth — always match on EAN, and watch for multipack EANs that differ from single-unit ones.
Do products come with UK plugs?
No — products carry EU plugs. UK plug adaptors can be added to an order on request.
Invoices & brand approval
Who invoices me?
Goods are sold and invoiced by an EU-registered DistriHUB / Varle UAB entity with a valid VAT number. Invoices meet international standards.
Will marketplaces accept your invoices for brand approval (ungating)?
Our invoices meet international standards, but marketplace acceptance isn't guaranteed — each marketplace applies its own policy.
What if a marketplace rejects my invoice?
Three routes: resubmit (rejections are often first-pass automated), include the listing/SKU reference plus supporting documents, or focus on unrestricted brands that need no approval.
Account, verification & support
What does verification involve?
A one-time check after your first order: VAT certificate, proof of address, a bank statement and a short EU compliance questionnaire. After that you're cleared for ongoing trade.
Do I get an account manager?
Yes — every active buyer gets a dedicated account manager for sourcing questions, claims and price requests on large lines.
When is support available?
Working hours are Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00 EET.

Can I sell my stock through DistriHUB?
Yes — if you hold your own stock, you can be both a buyer and a supplier on the network.
